Welcome and thank you for joining me! Let me begin by saying that I have been waiting a long time for this moment , where I can officially welcome guests to my universe of unyielding imagination and fun. I would like to give you a brief introduction of myself and some insight into the journey I will be taking you on.

The Chosen One Universe, ( hence the C.O.U.), has been in the making since my early days of college. I attended The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan New York, and majored in cartooning and illustration. One of my favorite professors there was the great Walter Simonson, (he’s done some comic stuff). He taught me that storytelling and passion for what you do are the key to achieving greatness in comics, ( at least that was my takeaway ).

During my time there, I created a large stable of characters, each one with their own unique story. Most of these were never fully fleshed out at the time, with the exception of ADDAX and AARON, my two main hero’s! I had a fondness for them, and they are pretty much the only two that have made it to this point with almost no deviation from their inception. The rest of my vast creations didn’t seem to exist in any cohesive universe, and that was always a problem for me, I needed them to be able to occupy the same universe.

Since leaving school, I’ve held two full and separate careers; had multiple small businesses ventures; all the while continuing to develop and refine what has now become the C.O.U.

After getting engaged and buying a new home, I decided it was finally time to buckle down and get this thing done! I have spent endless hours of work in my studio drawing, writing, and planning. Also, I had alas finally managed to work out one, all inclusive Universe in which they all could reside, even if it was in different times and realities.
